1st let me say, I've NEVER been treated SO KINDLY from a mechanic shop in my life!!! 2nd I'm not from Florida, nor did I know them from Adam. Excellent personalized customer service (beyond expectations), and quick repair for a fair price. This family owned franchise does so much more than muffler work. They diagnosed a transmission leak, repaired it, with new fluid and seal, and followed up with a courtesy check to ensure the leak was completely fixed.
